The Bloomington IL Police Department is requesting the public's assistance in the identification of a suspect in the theft of two parcels on October 8, 2019, from a residence in Southeastern Bloomington.
The suspect is a black female, medium build, with long fingernails, very long braided hair and eyelash extensions. She was wearing a green shirt underneath a gray sweatshirt with black pants and sandals.
The suspect left the area in a black Dodge Charger with black rims and a partial plate containing the digits "44". The plates are fleet plates (rental or company owned) so they will display a vertical "FP" on the left side of the plate. The vehicle was being driven by a black male.
