One of the most popular topics that come up when I'm coaching guys
Is how to hold strong eye contact, and not have a creepy eye contact with people, especially women since it is one of the keys to attract them.
This also is a struggle to guys with social anxiety, where they get very nervous to the point where they can't even keep up not only with eye contact but also with conversations and body language.
So with being said in this video I'll show you how you can really improve eye contact. But first we must get into the root of the problem and understand why people have bad contact in the first place.
The first step into improving your eye contact is by understanding what makes is bad in the first place, and that's a lack of confidence!
So the lack of social confidence is what causes people to have bad eye contact, and simple way to test that you can do. When you're with a relative, a best friend, someone whom you're very comfortable doing silly stuff with, and see if you're having a hard time maintaining eye contact around them?
It should be automatic, you don't even think about it, you're already wired to do so!
This apply to a lot of behaviors and bodily functions that are automatic, regulated by your brain subconsciously, and the thing that it most is your identity, is it from our identity flow our actions and it runs on autopilot.
That's one of the reasons why all the practice videos and advice you see around are just BS, complete nonsense, when you're given the advice "just be more confident bro" it doesn't make sense.
Your identity didn't change, it doesn't matter how much hard you try to believe that elephant are pink and can fly but it won't happen!
You can go and scream on the mirror on how confident you are but it won't change anything, because as I said you can't change your believe directly, but you can change them indirectly!
And that's how you can tackle the identity issue which makes your confidence rise where in return it improves your eye contact.
I'll get more in depth to these concepts in this video, so make sure you pay strong attention!
