For this video guy I wanted to do something more personal, I want to give you a behind the scenes look on how I personally operate and work in general by sharing with you what I call my rules of life, which touches upon a lot of areas of my life, health, productivity, fitness, consistency and more...
The reason I make these rules of life is because depending on the period I'm in, I need a different kind of rules in order to be disciplined on something.
Sometimes it was building my business, sometimes it was about losing weight, sometimes it was about reading, other times about running... It always depends on what I want to achieve ad putting rules to make sure I keep up with my goals.
Your rules of life doesn't have to be exactly like mine, I mean if you think it will work wonders for you, by any means go and copy it word for word, however this is a highly customized and personal process that only works for you to keep you progressing and advancing at your own pace.
I have about 10 rules here, some I'm thinking about changing or removing and I might add some in the future. As I said it depends on my personal situation and what I should be disciplined more on.
But helpfully my rules of life work as a guideline so you guys can create your own and stick to it so you can achieve your goals and have a noticeable progress down the line.
